As the MISAD Board of Directors, the first stop of the visit to Ankara on July 8, 2019 was Akalın Heat Treatment ... We greeted the day as the guest of Abdullah Akalın in Akalın Heat Treatment. We had the opportunity to discuss all through the day and went over the MISAD  plans ... The Board Memebers would like to thank Board Member Abdullah Akalın for his hospitality and returned to the Esenboğa Airport to return to Istanbul.

During our visit in Ankara, MISAD Board Members attended the breakfast invitation of Mehmet Göçmen, Chairman of the Board of Göçmaksan Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. The board had the opportunity to exchange ideas on many issues ... Mehmet Göçmen, who stopped his activities in the association due to the intensity of his work, said that he could return to us again soon. The tasteful architectural touches in Mehmet Göçmen's office became one of the details we had in mind during our visit to Ankara .. The Board Members next staop in Ankara was the Ostim Technical University where they had the opportunity to meet the Rector, Dr. Murat Yülek, of the University. Dr.Murat Yülek. Ostim Technical University, which will start education for the first time this year, will train qualified individuals to work in Ostim, the backbone of the Ankara industry.

During the visit, Dr.Yülek listened carefully to all MISAD projects. It was promising that we saw commen working grounds  as MISAD and OSTİM Technical University. The most important details from the meeting were as follows: In near future, the Department of Heat Treatment will be started with a mutually signed protocol ... Dr.Yülek indicated his career also started in a heat treatment plant and knows how important heat treatment is to the industry. MISAD President Koray Yavuz presented a plaque of thanks representing the visit of Board members.

Later the day the Board Members of Mısad had the opportunity to meet theTOBB Vocational Qualification and Certification Center Official Mr.Yeltekin Serkayalı and Ostim Şehit Alper Zor Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Director Tuncay Uçar. The parties agreed on the roadmap that both parties are determined to keep the communication channels between the heat treatment departments open.

The last stop in Ankara was the new plant of Hidromek company, which is one of the Turkey's prides. Mr.Barış Konuk and Mr.Gökmen Akın accompanied the group during the visit. The group had the opportunity to observe the heat treatment processes and laboratories with Mr.Yaşar Doğruer and Ms.Tuğçe Şahin.

The Board Members indicated that it is their wish to see Hidromek as MISAD member and left by thanking all Hidromek staff for their hospitality.

The trip to Ankara was very intense and productive. Thanks to the organization made by Abdullah Akalın and Akalın Heat Treatment staff.
